I was hoping the Honorable Judge would win the Nobel in Economics this year, but atleast another worthy American won.
this is true, although I think even Posner would admit there’s a long line of deserving economists ahead of him in line for the Nobel. The real questions is why he’ll never be appointed to the Supreme Court. Have we reached an age where we value ideological parrots over the highest-caliber thinkers on the top bench? I think probably…
