Texas Bar Results Released Today

The official date of release of the July bar results is tomorrow, Friday, Nov. 7th, but word on the street is that they always come out a day early. Consequently the Texas Board of Law Examiners Website is being watched like a Pennsylvania exit poll. In a 5 minute span early this morning I watched the hit counter jump by over 3,000 hits. There’s a lot of refreshing going on throughout the state of Texas today.

I’ll go ahead and preemptively congratulate all those who have passed and mark today as the first day of their fledgling legal careers. It’s quite an accomplishment.

Think you’ve got what it takes to pass the Texas bar? Check out past exams online.

Congratulations to everyone who passed. They’ve also released statistical breakdown. I’m proud to say my soon to be alma mater clocked in with a 93.33% success rate, compared to 80.27% overall and 86.90% among first-time bar takers from the Texas schools.
