I’m not usually one to check the bylines of every bit of news I read, but every now and again a journalist whose writing is so consitently good I find myself looking up to see who wrote it and finding the same name again and again. Malcolm Gladwell is one of these. Today I was reminded of another such journalist, John Heilemann, whose recent story from Men.Style.com, Journey to the (Revoltionary, Evil-Hating, Cash-Crazy, and Possibly Self-Destructive) Center of Google, whose articles for Wired Magazine caught my eye many years ago.
